Customization

What gets customized for my location?

Bounce-back cards are printed with your logo and a promotional offer of your choosing. All social media assets are also branded with your logo and location information.
What do I need to provide for customization?

A vector or PNG logo file and the promotional offer you'd like printed on your bounce-back cards. If you don't have a logo file handy, text-only is available as an alternative.

Please note: bounce-back cards are produced once your logo or text is confirmed. Delays in submitting this information will delay your full shipment, as all package contents ship together.
Can I request changes to my assets after the order is placed?

Asset specifications are confirmed during the intake process and cannot be modified after submission. We recommend reviewing your submission carefully before purchase to ensure all details are accurate.

Reorder

What happens when I sell through my initial stock?

Reorders are available during a single monthly follow-up. We'll provide purchasing options and we'll get your next shipment coordinated. Each reorder advances your character portrait card to the next in the series, giving returning customers a reason to collect.
Can I reorder novels only?

‍Yes. Novel-only reorders are available starting at bundles of 8 or more at $24 per unit. Each copy arrives author-signed and includes the next character portrait card in the series and a mini bookmark. No additional assets are included.
Can I reorder a full package instead?

‍Yes. If you'd like to reorder a complete tier package — Standard, Extended, or Complete — just let us know and we'll coordinate accordingly.
Can I upgrade my tier on a reorder?

‍Yes. If you'd like to move from Standard to Extended or Complete on a reorder, just let us know when you reach out and we'll adjust accordingly.
